Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.

- Notify the 1flex support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Use a strong password — a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

All activity occurring within your account is your responsibility, unless it can be demonstrated that access took place without your knowledge or consent and that you had taken reasonable precautionary measures.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 1flex platform user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may damage, disrupt, or impair the operation of the platform.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform without written authorisation from 1flex.
- Cheating, identity falsification, or providing misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities using this platform.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner contrary to the platform's intent.
- Disrupting other users or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain.
Any breach of these terms of use entitles 1flex to take immediate action, including suspending or terminating your account without compensation.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 1flex platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including online banking (FPX), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow, to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for users in Malaysia.
You are responsible for ensuring that all funds used are from a legitimate source and in your own name. 1flex reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or when suspicious transactions are detected.
- Deposits will be credited to your account once the payment is confirmed by the payment service provider.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the procedures and timeframes stipulated by the platform.
- 1flex reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of being linked to fraud or illegal activity.
- Any fees or charges imposed by a bank or third-party payment provider are the user's responsibility.

Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
1flex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the platform's discretion to protect the integrity of its services. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a terms violation are not entitled to any form of compensation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1flex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
